We offer free shipping on MOST website orders over $199. If your total is less than $199, shipping charges may very depending up the items and amount ordered.
Most orders over $199 ship for free when ordered here on our site. The ONLY exception being larger Hardware hard cases and Bass drum hard cases. A standard shipping fee of $250 is placed on those items due to the nature of shipping such a large item. How long after the date of delivery will we accept returns?
New Items: 14-day return policy. Returns on items paid via PayPal will incur a 2.9% charge for PayPal fees that are no longer reimbursed to the seller by PayPal.
Used Items: 7-day return policy. Returns on items paid via PayPal will incur a 2.9% charge for PayPal fees that are no longer reimbursed to the seller by PayPal.
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs.
