Like its Chrome-finished brother, this Collector’s Steel Snare features a heavy-gauge rolled shell and also includes an integrated reinforcement hoop for a more focused sound. The Knurled Black Nickel finish affords a unique look and slightly more mellow sound than Chrome. Fitted with features such a DW MAG Throw-off, TrueTone snare wires and DW Heads by Remo, Steel drums are loud and metallic with a projection perfectly suited for live applications.
