Aquarian Studio X Clear w/ Power Dot Bass Drum

The SXPD combines a clear, 10mil single-ply drumhead, a lightweight muffle ring that adheres to the perimeter on the underside of the drumhead, and Aquarian's patented Power Dot on top for added durability. The Power Dot is made from a very thin woven material that provides extra support in the center of the head but does not radically change the drumhead's tonal characteristics. The lightweight muffle ring is designed to eliminate some of the unwanted high frequencies while still maintaining a warm and focused drum sound. Perfect for controlling unwanted overtones when recording or close miking- live or in the studio!
