A signed Craviotto Ash Kit previously owned by Chris McHugh
This set started as his Ash kit from 2009 which was 10x14, 16x16, 16x18, 15x24. He then expanded the kit and added 7x10, 8x12, 9x13, toms, 14x14 and 16x16 floor toms, another bass drum that is 15x26, and he added two very special drums: A Craviotto suspended "gong" drum as well as an incredible 16" bass drum that is 20 inches deep. This set was handcrafted by Johnny for Chris and was used regularly by Chris over the years. All signed shells of course. Truly a masterpiece and a kit that has produced unparalleled sound on albums and concert tours from one of the most in-demand players today.
This kit can be purchased in its entirety or in the following configurations:
7x10, 8x12, 14x14, 15x24.
9x13, 10x14, 16x16, 16x18, 15x26.
The gong drum and/or the 20" deep X 16" diameter bass drum can be added to either set. The set is in our Nashville Fork's Drum Closet shop. Contact Steve at 630-865-6849 to discuss.

A message from Steve Maxwell
8/1/18: Today marks the beginning of our ownership of Fork's Drum Closet, and the start of our journey to carry on with the legacy that Gary Forkum created. Everyone in the percussion world owes a debt of gratitude to Gary for the incredible service and value he and his team have delivered for 36 years. We are honored to be able to carry on with his vision. The wonderful team that Gary assembled will continue taking care of all of our Nashville customers with the same great service they have come to expect. My deepest thanks to Gary, his wife Melissa and their son Matt.
In the coming months we will be moving to a new location here in Nashville @ 308 Chestnut St. 37210
Stay tuned for more details to come!
"Gary and Melissa Forkum, owners of Fork's Drum Closet in Nashville, are retiring and have sold their business to Steve and Debbie Maxwell and Elizabeth Cabraser. Gary and Melissa have built a wonderful business that has served the Nashville community superbly for 36 years. Our intent is to continue serving this market in the exact same way that the Forkums have done for so long, and with their great team of people. And, the business will still be called Fork's Drum Closet. The Nashville music community is strong and the "personal service" and sense of "community" that Fork's embraces tracks exactly to the philosophy we have used in our Illinois and NYC stores, so we truly understand and value this approach. Carrying on the tradition that Fork's has established is an honor for us and we look forward to working with the entire team at Fork's, and the wonderful Nashville community, as we move forward."
